PADI Scuba Diver
Have you always wanted to learn how scuba dive, discover new adventures underwater and see the wondrous world beneath the waves? If so, this is where it starts. The PADI Scuba Diver course will get your imagination flowing with ideas of what could be possible in underwater life!
What will I do?
The PADI Scuba Diver course consists of three main phases:
Knowledge Development - Self-study knowledge development and equipment orientation session in the classroom.
Confined Water Dives - 2 pool dives to develop your core scuba skills*
Open Water Dives - 2 open water dives to put your skills into practice and to have fun
* If you're looking for some extra pool time, we offer sessions that will suit your needs. Just speak with an instructor, and they can set something up for you!
What scuba gear will I use?
Dream Divers is here to help you experience the underwater world like never before. We will provide everything from your core scuba equipment, which includes everything you need to scuba dive, except your personal mask and snorkel for hygiene reasons.
How do I start learning now?
To get started, you will complete the PADI Open Water Diver eLearning, as the PADI Scuba Diver is the first part of the PADI Open Water Diver course. The eLearning is the most popular way to learn, with everything from written descriptions and graphics explaining subjects, videos and quizzes.

- Your course materials
- A digital dive planner
- PADI's digital scuba diving logbook
- Access to the PADI network worldwide.
